At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include the printed return form inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
